How to request help

Email us at: contact@loyalproductionz.com include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Shipping delays

Because items are made on demand, slight delays can happen during high-volume periods. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.

Final Sale

All limited edition and promotional items are considered final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
